Property:White or nearly white free-flowing crystalline powder. Almost no smell. Melting and decomposition is 263-264 . Stable usually. Agglomerate easily under high-humidity circumstance, slightly coloring. It is stable relative humidity below 60%. More than 60% is generated dihydrate. With vitamin C and vitamin K3 coexistence then colored. Break down directly with the reducing sugars or alkaline conditions.
